Welcome packWe’ll prepare your space just like a hotel would, including the correct sized bedding, pillows, a duvet, towels and toiletries all ready for when you move in.
Standard weekly cleaningWe’ll clean and dust your kitchen, bathroom and floor space throughout, once a week.
Premium weekly cleaningWe’ll clean and dust your kitchen, bathroom and floor space throughout, plus we’ll change your bedding and towels if these were provided by us.
24/7 Maintenance SupportNo hot water? An unexpected leak? Don't worry; call our dedicated after-hours team to assist you with any emergencies.
BeddingIf you’re arriving without bedding and want us to arrange this for you, we can. This option is available separately to the Welcome Pack if you do not want all the additional extras that the Welcome Pack entails but you do still want bedding.
Airport pick upLet us know when and where, and we’d be more than happy to arrange airport transfers on your behalf. Please note, the fee for the transfer will likely need to be paid directly.
Grocery shopFrom fixed weekly shopping lists to ad-hoc arrangements, we’re always here to help. Just leave your grocery needs with your concierge manager as and when this is required.
